Jarrod Massey serves as President of Massey Development Group, Inc., a governmental and public affairs consulting firm headquartered in the historic riverfront district of Montgomery, Alabama.  Jarrod is a seasoned strategist with a proven track record of appropriation and legislative victories achieved on behalf of private companies, public institutions, and others the firm has had the opportunity to represent in state capitols throughout the country and Washington, DC.  Under Jarrod’s leadership Massey Development Group has developed a premiere “Governmental Marketing” practice operating in Alabama and multiple states.  Prior to forming Massey Development Group, Jarrod was the Director of Governmental Affairs and Member Services for the Alabama State Employees Association, Executive Director of the Choctawhatchee-Pea Rivers Watershed Management Authority (an Alabama state agency), and Legislative Assistant to Congressman Terry Everett (R-AL-02) for agriculture, interior, and environmental issues.  Jarrod is a graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. John Anzalone serves as Senior Partner of Massey Development Group, Inc. John is a veteran political consultant who has been featured repeatedly by Campaign & Elections Magazine, which tracks the top national consultants, in its “Best Client List” and “Big Winners” list. In 2002 and 2004 John was chosen as one of a handful of consultants nationally to poll targeted races for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In Alabama specifically, John has served as a strategist for former Lt. Governor Lucy Baxley, former Senate President Pro Tempore Lowell Barron, and Congressman Artur Davis (D-AL-7). John worked for James Carville and Paul Begala in U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg’s 1988 New Jersey campaign, Don Siegelman’s 1990 gubernatorial campaign in Alabama, and as a research assistant to David Wilhelm (who later became DNC Chairman) at Citizens for Tax Justice. Jennifer Dougherty Pouncy serves as Senior Associate and Director of Legislative Affairs of Massey Development Group, Inc. Jennifer oversees legislative activities associated with the Alabama Legislature, as well as manages legislative relations for firm clients around the country. Jennifer began her governmental consulting career in 1995 helping manage a statewide, issue-based coalition of diverse stakeholders across all 67 Alabama counties. She later became the Executive Assistant to Milo Dakin of The Dakin Group, a leading political and public affairs firm in Alabama. Jennifer has worked closely with Republican and Democratic legislators and executive level leaders alike to pass a large block of statewide and local referenda, local bills, legislation related to the Deferred Presentment Services Act, and the Small Loan Act and other financial statutes. Jennifer has helped direct successful legislative programs for the wholesale beer industry, the gaming industry, and the National Rifle Association among many others. Charles "C.J' Hincy, Associate

C.J. Hincy serves as an associate with Massey Development Group, Inc.  C.J. works within the firm’s Legislative Affairs and Governmental Marketing Programs and serves as the firm’s liaison to the Alabama House of Representatives and various state agencies.  Prior to joining Massey Development Group C.J. served as Special Assistant to State Representative Richard Lindsey (Centre).  Representative Lindsey has served as the Chairman of the House Education Appropriations Committee since 2001 and continues to chair the committee which oversees the spending of over $6 billion in state funds annually.  C.J. is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  C.J.’s service to our country includes assignments in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom and in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II.  C.J. is a former member of the 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Division and the 1st Force Reconnaissance Company.  For more information, C.J.
